So this happened in PT last week:
The cone in the video is 12 inches high. In the past I struggled (read: knocked them down like Godzilla on a rampage) with 3 inch cones. This is a HUGE triumph for me as I have struggled with this movement for months. It has taken months to get here but the increased strength and balance is worth it!
Congratulations on being able to step over the 12 inch cone. Wow, it takes a lot of balance to be able to do this exercise. You are awesome! I am inspired by what you are able to do. I am in awe! :-)))
Frantz, this is so amazing! It is truly incredible how far you have come in such a short amount of time. You are so committed and you can really see the results!
Thanks Kristin. You laid the foundation for all of this. So I should be thanking you!
Congratulations! There’s no feeling in the world like the one that comes from working hard at something and eventually achieving it. It sounds like you’re making amazing progress. Don’t ever quit! You’re an inspiration!
